Microsoft 365 - your questions answered
Which Microsoft 365 plan is right for my business?
It depends on whether you need the desktop apps, the security features and how many people you have. The plans on this page are priced per user per month. We will recommend the right one after a short chat.
Can you move our email to Microsoft 365?
Yes. We can migrate emails, files and other data from your existing provider, and we handle the set-up so your team can keep working.
Do you look after Microsoft 365 after it is set up?
Yes. We offer ongoing Microsoft 365 administration, including user and licence management and SharePoint and Teams configuration.
Is Microsoft 365 a backup of our data?
No. Microsoft keeps the service running, but it is not a backup of your data. We can add separate, encrypted backups of Microsoft 365 so files and email can be restored if something goes wrong.
Can you help secure our Microsoft 365?
Yes. We configure sign-in protection, device settings and email protection to help keep your data safe.
